Spout Pouch

2025

Overview

Spout pouches are among the prominent packaging options, suitable for liquids and semi-liquids. They are compact yet highly storage-efficient. These pouches can evacuate up to 99.5% of the product inside, cutting down on the waste of end consumers as well.

Material

LDPE

Guage

250 GSM

Duration

24 months

The Challenge

The existing structure had strong industrial character but poor daylight, fragmented access, and no legible connection to the promenade beyond it.

The project had to preserve the memory of the depot without turning it into a museum piece. We also needed to create a flexible civic interior that could support workshops, exhibitions, and informal events while remaining open and welcoming throughout the day.

The solution

We opened the building with a new central passage, turning the old loading route into a generous civic spine that links the street to the water.

Large roof lights bring an even wash of daylight into the deepest parts of the plan, while a family of timber screens creates smaller rooms without closing them off. Outside, new seating terraces and planted edges make the waterfront feel occupied long after the building closes.
